Meeting with a new therapist can be anxiety inducing.

I encourage you to meet with me once. No need to commit to more than the initial session. Let’s see how it goes.

Do I offer in-person, virtual, or both?

I currently offer tele-heath services. My clients appreciate accessing my services at times most convenient to them without the need for a commute and within the comfort of their own homes or offices. We will utilize Doxy.me- reminiscent to Zoom or Google Meet- but HIPAA compliant.

What does the registration process look like?

I will create a profile for you within Therapy Appointment, an electronic health record, where I submit consents and questionnaires for you to review and complete. You can schedule sessions, review billing, and message me all within the Therapy Appointment portal throughout our work together.

What does an initial session look like?

I will ask lots of questions to get to know you and what your needs are within our work together. I am assessing for diagnosis, gathering an understanding of your needs, and supporting you in developing goals within our work together. It’s also a space where you can ask questions, get to know me and how I work to see if I am a best fit.

What insurance do you accept?

I accept CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, and AETNA. If I do not accept the insurance you have, I can certainly provide Super Bills for you to submit to your insurance provider. Sometimes insurance companies will reimburse their clients for services accessed out-of-network. If you are interested in working together but have an insurance company I am not credentialed with than I encouraged you to call them and see what the out-of-network reimbursement rate is.

The greatest indicator of client success is not the modalities used, but the regard shared between client and therapist.

Schedule a complimentary consultation call to see for yourself if we could be a good fit.
